Nice pool area, good location, decent food

Pool area is beautiful, location is great

The room was very barren and not a welcoming place to relax in, while the terrace felt almost industrial. The parking is just an uneven dirt space, that wasn’t nice to drive onto with a hire car. The staff were nice but during mealtimes always took our plates too soon, which felt like they were rushing us to finish and leave. At dinner time the drinks bill was put on our table whilst we were still eating our starters and we were forced to pay in the middle of our meal, interrupting our conversations and not allowing us to order another drink later on.

Good relaxing trip to a part of Majorca we'd never been to. Car needed to explore properly.

We didn't have breakfast every day but when we did it was good. Room was good and appreciated balcony. Would have liked ability to make tea/coffee in room, first thing in morning, when we returned from being out and last thing in evening.

Would have liked more information about what was on, not merely in an app which we didn't access. Printed copy always good!

A beautiful beach is super close to the hotel. The hotel area has a super nice atmosphere

Very good and beautiful location just a couple minutes drive away from Alcudia. Nice pool area, two beaches within walking distance. Amazing breakfast celection and very kind staff.

The room was very small and dark, felt like a prison cell. Nothing like on the pictures. Upon arrival the floor in the room and the bathroom was sticky, sand in the shower and shorts on the sink and toilet.

Breakfast is really good. Dinner is simple, okay for 1 night. The staff is super nice Clean towels at the pool Two really nice beaches on walking distance

I read a lot of negative reviews about the downstairs rooms close to the pool and the bad smell. I contacted them before our arrival and we were made sure to get a different room. Ofcourse, upon arrival; we did get the room on the ground floor next to the pool. The smell is really really bad and the humidity in the room as well. Also hardly any daylight with a very small window. We were given the option to change rooms the day after, because at that moment the hotel was fully booked. The second room was WAY better, with a nice balcony, a lot of daylight, good airco and ZERO smell. Also a bigger bed. This was in another building. However, it did give us a stressfull arrival. The rest of our stay was good, however definitely not a 4 star hotel and not worth the price. The pool looks old and not inviting.

Very nice hotel and location

Beautiful hotel and location. Very quiet hotel, nice swimming pool and nice rooms.

Evening meals could do with a bit of an upgrade. Very bland choice felt like it was designed for English and German people with chips, pizzas, and cold sausages.

Communal areas were great, although felt like we had to be extremely quite by the pool, most rooms are around the main v

The communal areas were really nice.

The ad was a bit misleading as we weren’t in the main renovated building but an outer house and the whole place is more like a resort than anything. Regardless it’s all very nicely done just not what i expected.

Great food, beatiful garden, kind , helpful staff, good location

The quality of the room was not 4 stars category. It was small, dark. There was 2 single beds intead of double and there was a gap between beds. You coud look through the door because of a gap

Staff, poolside, chill, food was unreal!! Best buffet breakfast and dinner I’ve had in a while.

Enjoyed our holiday enormously - walking, swimming, sight seeing.

breakfast and dinner choices were fantastic plenty of variety. the location was a little quiet but relaxing.

Excellent.

Loved the hotel, rooms and food. Bit remote but otherwise perfect.

Queues for coffee in morning. Lovely to have fresh coffee but could be eased by being able to get tea without queuing in the coffee line.

Really nice, peaceful hotel

Facilities are lovely. Very peaceful hotel. Lots of staff who are excellent and friendly. Food is really good and there's lots of choice at breakfast and dinner. Bar area is relaxing and drinks are very reasonably priced. Two beaches (in coves) nearby which are a great change from chilling out by the pool. Wifi good. Beds are comfy. Really nice hotel, we will be back.

Nothing of note, but it would be nice to have some English speaking TV channels.
